Then, according to a witness who spoke EXCLUSIVELY to MediaTakeOut.com, one of Jimmy’s pals made a disparaging comment about Jay Z to Ty Ty. And when the 5 foot 4 Ty Ty responded – things really popped off.

The insider explained, “It was total chaos – Ty Ty got stomped out right there in the store – I though they were going to kill him. And when Ne-Yo tried to break it up, he got stomped too … someone had their foot on Ne-Yo’s neck!!!”

No word on the extent of injuries that either man faced. But our source claims that neither appeared to suffer serious injuries.

A Man Is Sentenced To 66 Years to Life For Killing T.I.’s Assistant

A Cincinnati man convicted of murdering a friend and assistant of Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. has been sentenced to 66 years to life in prison. A jury in Cincinnati last month convicted 34-year-old Hosea Thomas of murder, felonious assault and illegally having a gun after a felony conviction.

CHICAGO (AP) - The sheriff's office in Chicago has arrested more than 60 fugitives with a net of holiday cheer. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart said Sunday that the suspects were invited to take a retailers' survey for holiday shoppers at a hotel earlier this month.
Participants who brought along a scratch-off card that was included with the survey were promised at least $500.
Those who showed up were taken into custody. One man who arrived with marijuana in his pocket was charged with possession on top of his previous charges.
The fugitives had warrants for crimes including forgery and aggravated battery.

The first single was "Drop". The video for "Drop" was directed by Spike Jonze, and used footage of the group performing the song backwards, replayed backwards, giving it a surreal quality. The backwards theme of the video was also a reference to the song itself, which featured a backwards sample. DMX Arrested By FBI Agents In Florida

One day after a $5,000 reward was offered by the Maricopa County Sheriff's office for his capture, DMX (born Earl Simmons) was arrested in Florida on Tuesday (December 9) on a warrant issued by a Phoenix judge after he failed to appear in court last Friday. He was due to face charges of drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty. FBI agents tracked him down to the residence of producer Scott Storch on Palm Island, off Miami Beach reports MTV.

According to TMZ, a woman in Georgia tipped off the Arizona sheriff's department officials to DMX's whereabouts for the $5,000 reward. DMX is currently being held in Miami-Dade County jail. Tough economic times always bring out the snitches.

Former NBA Player Corie Blount

Blount was charged yesterday with picking up eleven pounds of marijuana in Ohio Thursday. Police say Blount picked up the package from one location and deputies followed him to his home where they found and confiscated approximately an additional 18 pounds of Marijuana, $29,500 in cash and three guns.

Blount was charged with felony drug possession and has since been released on bond.

Blount played in the NBA for eleven years.

Antonio Pierce to Turn States evidence against Plaxico Burress!

Talk about a blindside hit: Antonio Pierce is going to sing to a grand jury about teammate Plaxico Burress' gun and could seal the deal against Burress.

His lawyer says he'll cooperate if the DA asks him to talk to a grand jury, and Pierce will meet with investigators in the DA's office "in the next few days." In exchange for his testimony, according to the New York Post, he will most likely get a pass on any concealment or conspiracy charges. Pierce's first call after the shooting, apparently, was to a Giants trainer.

Meanwhile, the Giants are taking heat for waiting almost eight hours after the incident, according to their own timeline, before they called cops.

Ridiculous: Woman Dies During Black Friday Sale

Bargain-hungry shoppers stepped on a fallen Wal-Mart worker, who died Friday morning, after the crowd knocked down the store’s front doors — and the worker — during the “utter chaos” of a Black Friday shopping melee, Nassau County police said.
“A throng of shoppers . . . physically broke down the doors” at around 5 a.m. Friday and knocked the 34-year-old part-time worker to the ground as the crowd pushed its way into the store at the Green Acres Mall, Nassau police said. Hundreds of shoppers who then streamed in literally stepped on the worker who later died.
